The advantage of our Urestone system over other artificial rock systems is the ability to build large artifical rock features in a factory setting utilizing a construction method that can be taken apart and shipped in modular sections. The modular rock sections can be then reassembled within a day.The factory build aspect allows the feature to be built in ideal conditions with consistant quality control and cost efficiency. The modular section concept allows an easy installation that is done in a fraction of the time that a on project site compared to real or artificial rock installation. Pre-manufactured water features make the pool and pond contractors job easier and less complicated.

Manufacturing

The rock feature is built in one continuous feature on a modular structure in the factory assembly line.
STEP 3:
Shipping
The rock feature is cut to coordination with the modular support structure and then shipped
STEP 4:
Installation
The modular sections are put in place and bolted together. Most smaller rock projects can be handled by hand with a crew of four workers.
