ARCHITECTURAL CASTING & HISTORICAL BUILDING RESTORATION

At Replications Unlimited we have the knowledge and skill to help restore historical architecture to the way it once was. We have two main methods that can help you through your restoration process.

First, you can either bring us the original item and we will make a rubber mold from it, or we can train you how to make a mold on the site so that you can reproduce features while they are still on the building. In both cases, once the mold is made we can use materials such as Glass fiber reinforced Plaster (GRG), Polyester, or Urethane in order to reproduce your features. Secondly, you can send us the shape and dimensions of an architectural piece and we can create the piece in two step process of computer cutting eps foam to the specifications and then spraying the foam with a structural hard coat in order to give the part its strength and weatherability.
